EQ | EQUITAS TO PROVIDE INDEPENDENT ANALYSIS OF VT 04.16.07
EQ - On April 16, 2007, in Blacksburg, Virginia (U.S.), 32 lives succumbed to
domestic terrorism provoked by an individual whose lethal acts --
suffered upon students and Faculty members of the Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and State University -- have put into question the
effectiveness of Emergency Preparedness plans previously adopted by
U.S. Federal and State legislatures. EQUITAS provides a legal analysis covering legislative and executive events leading up to the Virginia Tech massacre and exposes campus security measures ineffective in countering lethal acts involving terrorism and mass casualties.
